Police Chase Ends When Civilian Rams Car With Pickup Truck

This is almost something like you'd see on "COPS" or some other TV show.  It started as a police chase just outside Salt Lake City, Utah.  Some kid who stole his grandfather's car was being chased by police.  When the driver entered a park, the cops called off the chase because of safety concerns.

Unfortunately, that didn't stop the driver, who proceeds to speed through an area where lots of kids are playing. A father of the children then hops in his truck and rams the car in order to end the chase.  It was all caught on video.
