Some cats are never able to find a nice home. Others take years.

Piper was lucky to have home for many years, but now she needs to find a new place.

Can you help?

Meet Piper from Crash's Landing!

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Every Friday on 100.5 The River is "Purrrfect Friday," where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home. This week, we're spotlighting Piper.

Piper first came to Crash's Landing as a kitten in 2005. She was quickly adopted and lived happily with her owner and some other cats for many years.

Now, Piper's owners' living conditions have changed and Piper is back at Crash's Landing nearly 10 years later.

Piper was a laid-back kitten and she is the same today. She likes to take it easy. She is also very sweet.

Piper has adjusted nicely to her return to Crash's Landing, but what she really wants is a new home.

Can you adopt Piper?
