Peter the dog came calling today.

Peter visited with Andy Rent as he talked about him on his Andy in the Morning show for Wet Nose Wednesday.

Brooke, from the Humane Society of West Michigan, brought Peter into the studios.

Peter is a 7-year old Beagle that needs a good, loving home. Peter is full of love and looking for his forever home. Being a "senior" dog, his adoption fee is waived. He's calm and chilled, and loves to be around people. He would make any home a wonderful addition.

According to the American Kennel Club, Beagles are loving and lovable, happy, easygoing, and companionable. Good nutrition for Beagles is very important from puppyhood to their  senior years. They are very active and energetic and need plenty of exercise.

Brooke said they still have their rabbit adoption special going on, fee waived through the month of February for "Some Bunny to Love" special, but they only have 1 rabbit left!

Brooke also mentioned their "foster animals" Open House.
