Pepper the dog came calling today.

Pepper visited with Andy Rent as he talked about him on his Andy in the Morning show for Wet Nose Wednesday.

Brooke, from the Humane Society of West Michigan, brought Pepper  into the studios.

Pepper is a 3 and one-half-year old American Staffordshire Terrier, that needs a good, loving home. Pepper has been neutered, had all her vaccinations, is micro chipped, and  ready to find a new home. She is very affectionate, social and gets along with other dogs very well.

According to the American Kennel Club, the Staffordshire Terrier is a confident, good-natured and smart dog. They enjoy daily exercise and is adaptable to almost anything you want to do to provide this.

Today, there are two fund raisers going on for the Humane Society. At Dunkin Doughnuts on 28th Street, SE in Cascade, from 3 to 7 p.m., they will be donating 20% of their proceeds to the Humane Society. Get some delicious coffee, doughnuts for the today or the next day at work, a sandwich, whatever, and help support the Humane Society.

Also today, at the Big Boy in Wyoming, 4950 Wison, SW, from 5 to 8 p.m., they will be donating 100% of their profits to the Humane Society. Get some delicious food and help the Humane Society of West Michigan at the same time.
