A 15-year-old Paw Paw High School student confessed to his parents, then the Van Buren County Sheriff's department, that he allegedly planned to attack his school.

According to WOOD TV, the student was arraigned Monday afternoon on eight criminal charges ranging from possession of firearms to the manufacturing of explosives.

The teen's stepfather said bullies had "shoved the teen into lockers, punched him in the throat and knocked him down with no remorse."

The teen told his parents about the plan Sunday. He told his parent he had stolen guns and planned to kill the students who had hurt him.

The teen is being held in the Allegan County Juvenile Center.
