Pavel Datsyuk has had an amazing career with the Detroit Red Wings, but he says that he's ready to go home to Russia, according to the Detroit Free Press

Datsyuk told the Free Press' Mitch Albom that he wants to spend time with his teenage daughter, and doesn't know what this decision means for his career. “I may not be done with hockey, but — it is hard to say — I think I am done playing in NHL," he told Albom.

Datsyuk still has a year left on his contract with the Wings.

Datsyuk has played 14 seasons in the NHL. All of those have been with the Detroit Red Wings.
