New World Way Taliban Gathers Intel On Soldiers

I'm a big fan of the saying "Loose Lips Sink Ships."  I use it frequently to remind friends or co-workers that sometimes running their mouths will get them in trouble.

Now, I suppose the saying needs to be changed to "Status Updates Should Stay Secret" or something like that. Why, you ask?

I just read on FoxNews that the Taliban is now using fake Facebook profiles in an attempt to gather information about our soldiers, their missions and whereabouts.  They create Facebook profiles using pictures of pretty women, then they send a friend request to servicemen.  Once accepted, the enemy will scour status updates for clues and the pictures for geotags, then use that intelligence to attack.

Scary new(ish) world stuff.
