New Phone App for Parents to Help You Have a Drug Talk With Your Kids

There are many things that parents find difficult to talk about with their kids.  Sex, alcohol and drugs are three of the biggest.  I can remember trying to have the "sex talk" with my kids.  I'm not sure, but I think I kept saying, talk to your mother.

But in this 'tech' age, there seems to be an app for everything, and now, drugs falls into that category.  Hey, anything to help us out, right?.

Our news partner, WZZM TV13, reprted the West Michigan counties and the Lakeshore Coordinating Council are introducing the free "Talk Sooner" app for the iPhone.

Leigh Moerdyke, a youth prevention specialist at Pathways Michigan, has all the information on this helpful, new app to help us poor, sputtering, parents discuss drug use with our children and teenagers.
