Duke guard Kyrie Irving is the top overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft. Irving was taken by the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday. The Pistons took Kentucky freshman guard Brandon Knight with the eighth overall pick in the first round, and Duke senior forward Kyle Singler and Florida senior center Vernon Macklin in the second round of last night's 2011 NBA Draft.
