Mr. Cotton Ball, the cat, came calling today.

Cotton Ball visited with Andy Rent as he talked about her on his Andy in the Morning show for Wet Nose Wednesday.

Brooke, from the Humane Society of West Michigan, brought Cotton Ball into the studios.

Cotton Ball is a 8-week old Domestic medium hair cat, that needs a good, loving home. Cotton Ball will be neutered, and will have all his vaccinations, be micro chipped, and ready to find a new home.

According to the Cat Fanciers Association, if you're looking for a cat that will be a gentle companion, a playmate for your children, and a full-fledged member of the family, look no further than the Domestic Medium Hair. This breed is known for its longevity, robust health, good looks, sweet personality, and amiability with children, dogs, and other pets. Kelly fits the bill, totally.

Brooke mentioned that they have plenty of cats for everyone, seriously. And, right now, cats are two for one, or buy one, get one free.

Also, the Humane Society has a partnership with Wendy's, running the month of July. Donate $1.00 or more when you purchase a meal at any Wendy's location, you'll get a coupon for $1.00 dollar off your next purchase, and that donation, combined with all others, will be given back to both the Humane Society of West Michigan and the Michigan Humane Society of Michigan.

This Saturday, at the Michigan, NE location, close to Fuller, NE, the Humane Society will have some adoptable dogs from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. It would be a wonderful opportunity to find your next "best friend."

You can get all the information on the Humane Society website or call (616) 453-8900.
