Now may be the time to shop for that Mother's Day gift. Moms across America will be honored on Sunday for all they do and have done raising little kids into healthy adults. About a third of moms will get flowers or plants, with pink carnations being among the most popular flower given. Another popular Mother's Day tradition is taking mom out for a special meal. Many restaurants offer up Mother's Day menus and dining specials. Americans celebrate Mother's Day second Sunday of May.
