Moe, from the Humane Society of West Michigan, came to visit.

Andy Rent talked about Moe with Trudy from the Humane Society of West Michigan on his Andy in the Morning show for Wet Nose Wednesday.

Moe is a handsome 6-month old Lab mix who came to the Humane Society from a shelter in Mississippi. He's a fun loving, very affectionate dog who enjoys being active but, also loves a good cuddle.

The AKC says the sweet-faced, lovable Labrador Retriever is America’s most popular dog breed. Labs are friendly, outgoing, and high-spirited companions who have more than enough affection to go around for a family looking for a medium-to-large dog.

Trudy also mentioned that it's Kitten Season and they are feeling it! They have plenty of adorable kittens at HSWM.

This Saturday, June 2, from 1-3 p.m., Lee Asher will be at HSWM. The Asher House is currently embarking on a cross-country mission to get dogs out of shelters and into loving homes. Lee Asher and his team will be showcasing the animals at HSWM. They will also pay $25 towards the adoption of any dog 1 year and older during this event as well as supplying the adopter with MyOllie dog food.

You can get all the information on the Humane Society website or call (616) 453-8900.
