If you are an accomplished motorcyclists, the state of Michigan may have a job for you to teach others your skills.

According to WOOD TV, Secretary of State Ruth Johnson is looking for some motorcycle safety class instructors for the Michigan Rider Education Program.

Johnson went to say that motorcycle safety is essential to beginner riders. It takes a lot of skill and most importantly good judgment to assess the risks of the road and know how to react accordingly.

If you have a lot of riding experience and you love to work with people and share your knowledge of good riding practices and you posses excellent communication skills, the state may have a job for you. Rider Coaches can earn anywhere from $24 to $35 per hour depending on which location you apply for.

If you are looking to become a Rider Coach, there is a prep course that you will need to take that costs $75. If you become a coach, you will spend roughly 80 hours with students and on the riding course.

Almost 12,000 new riders signed up for a Michigan motorcycle safety class in 2017.
