This winter is like the volunteers at Crash's Landing. They never quit.

Thousands of cats have been taken in, but they can't do it alone.

They need your help.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Every Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting W.C. Cheezit.

W.C. Cheezit was born in the summer of 2009. He was left outside and basically had to take care of himself a couple of years ago. Last August, he came to Crash's Landing.

He required medical care which was provided by Crash's Landing. They also gave him all of the attention and love he was missing.

W.C. Cheezit's unique name is matched with a unique personality. He is adventurous and outgoing and would make a great addition to your family!
