We're not sure if Steve from Crash's Landing is Irish, but we do know he'd like to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in a big way.

Help Steve celebrate by giving him a new home and a loving family.

Please adopt Steve.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Every Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Steve.

Steve was born in May of 2010. Three years later, a woman in Lafayette, Indiana, took him in as a stray. She discovered he was FIV positive and couldn't bring him in with her other four cats.

After some further efforts and a 3.5 hour drive, the woman got Steve to Crash's Landing. It shows just how important it is that Crash's Landing takes in FIV positive cats. There are not many places for FIV positive cats to go.

Steve's journey has been a long one, but it doesn't stop here.

Next step is a new family and a loving home.
