If there has ever been a week that highlights the importance of what Crash's Landing does, this is it.

Help Crash's Landing keep space in the shelter for cats that need a home.

Adopt Patrice!

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Each Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Patrice.

Patrice came to Crash's Landing in mid-November of 2018, after having been rescued off of Putnam St. SW in downtown Grand Rapids. She was born in late 2016.

Patrice had been taking free meals from a friend of Crash's Landing, but wasn't interested in getting too close. Finally, Patrice came indoors, then was brought to Crash's Landing.

Initially, Patrice tested a very faint FIV+, but we are happy to report she has cleared the virus from her system!

Patrice is a bit shy and prefers a mellow atmosphere. If this fits your home or that of someone you know, please help us find a home for Patrice!
