Meet Mavis From Crash’s Landing
Everyone is busy this time of year with shopping, parties, travel, cooking and more. The holidays bring great memories, but those memories can be made even more special by welcoming a new member into your family.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center. Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.
Every Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.
This week, we're spotlighting Mavis.
Two minutes before the clinic at Crash's Landing closed last month, two people walked in holding Mavis. Mavis was dirty and in rough shape. Crash's Landing took her right in.
Mavis was also very hungry. She ate bowl after bowl of food. After a few days of rest and care Mavis began to relax and show off her personality. She is about ten years old, but she is full of fun!
Mavis would make a great addition to your family!
