During election season it's not always easy to find something we can all agree on. Here's one: Caspian at Crash's Landing deserves a permanent home.

Can you adopt him?

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Every Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Caspian.

Caspian arrived at Crash's Landing earlier this year on August 2. He was welcome into Big Sid's since he had tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency virus) and the Humane Society of SW Michigan could not keep him.

Caspian was immediately cared for by Crash's Landing and received a number of treatments including surgery for a condition which caused his lower eyelids to roll inward and rub on his corneas.

The treatment was a success and Caspian has never been able to see better! He has quickly adjusted to his new surroundings at Crash's Landing and would love the opportunity to do the same at your home.

Please adopt Caspian!
