Man Breaks Down at Hearing is Hilarious [Video]

I've seen crying politicians, court defendants, and the like, before, but I'll have to admit, nothing quite like this.I found this hilarious video of Japanese assemblyman, Ryutaro Nonomura. He is being  accused of fraudulent spending and broke down in a hilarious crying fit at his hearing. You've got to see this. I've included the audio because it makes it so much better.
