There is so much fun and entertainment in West Michigan this summer. There is something for everyone. The Meijer Garden's Summer Series, downtown activities including VanAndel Arena with Paul McCartney in August, just to mention one. And don't forget the always popular Lowell Showboat.

The Lowell Showboat Sizzlin' Summer Concerts, presented by LowellArts! and Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce is ready to kick off another fabulous season.

This free, outdoor summer concert series runs June 16 - August 25, 2016. Thursday evening concerts begin at 7pm in front of the Lowell Showboat on Riverwalk Plaza in downtown Lowell. Food and spirits are available, admission to the concerts and parking is free. The concert venue is wheelchair accessible. Bleacher seating is available or attendees can also bring their own folding chair.

June 30 - Big Band Nouveau - Big Band and Jazz

July 8 - Kari Lynch Band - Country, Folk, Rock (during Riverwalk Festival)

July 14 - Soul Syndicate - 60s and 70s Soul and R&B

July 21 - Rachel B - Soul and Motown

July 28 - The Accidentals - Alternative Acoustic Indie Folkish Rock

Aug 4 - Hannah Rose and the GravesTones - Blues, Funk, Rock n Roll with Soul

Aug 18 - Roosevelt Diggs - Americana

Aug 25 - Adams Family with Friends - Folk, Doo-wop, Classic Rock
