Starting this week in schools, yards, salons and grocery stores, you'll see lots of buzz about Kent ISD free preschool. All of the information is right here.
If you have a child who will be 3 or 4 years old by October 1, 2014 and want to enroll them in pre-school for fall, you need to act right now. Families will qualify for based on income or other factors such as special needs, foster care, or high risks. Guidelines vary based on the age.

Free preschool partners in Kent County include programs sponsored by GRPS, David D. Hunting YMCA, Early Learning Neighborhood Collaborative, Ellington Academy, Head Start, Hope Academy, and GRCC, with more partners being added in June 2014.
Great Start Readiness Programs are provided by Kent ISD through various school districs throughout Kent County.
