Juice Ball In Grand Rapids On January 5 [Video]

What do you get when you combine music, baseball, food, and fun?

A Juice Ball of course!

Juice Ball is coming Saturday, January 5 and will benefit Kids Food Basket.

What is a Juice Ball?  Good question.

Juice Ball was started a few years ago to celebrate the 40th birthday of Chef Tommy Fitzgerald of Grand Rapids.

Juice Ball is a celebration, but more importantly, it is a fundraiser for Kids Food Basket in Grand Rapids.  Money made from Juice Ball is used to purchase juice boxes for Kids Food Basket.  Last year, enough money was raised to purchase two semi truck loads of juice boxes.

Kids Food Basket helps fight childhood hunger by serving sack suppers to over 5,000 children in Grand Rapids every day.

Juice Ball is on Saturday, January 5, at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids.  The party runs from 7:00pm - 1:00am.  Tickets are $20 in advance and $30 at the door.  Must be 21.

This year's party has a baseball theme and baseball attire is encouraged.
