Jessie J joined the legendary Tom Jones to sing a legendary song by a legendary songwriting team at the 2015 Grammy Awards tonight (Feb. 8).

It was another legendary moment at the recording industry's biggest night, with the English pop star joining the 74-year-old Welsh crooner for a performance of the classic ballad 'You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'.' Made famous in the 1960s by the Righteous Brothers, the song was written by the man-and-wife hit-making team of Barry Mann and Cynthia Weil. The duo were being celebrated by the Recording Academy as the recipients of its 2015 Trustees Award.

Jessie and Tom took to the small circular stage in the middle of the Staples Center to honor Mann and Weil with their duet. "This talented lady and I would like to sing one of the most beloved songs of the 20th century, to honor one of the most successful songwriting teams ever, and one of the most successful marriages too," Jones said by way of introduction.

The pair, former colleagues on the 'Voice' U.K. judging panel, displayed their easy camaraderie along with their vocal chops as they belted out the tune. Considering their age difference, it was giving us a serious Lady Gaga-Tony Bennett vibe, but with more of an early-rock-era tinge. Celebrities in the audience seen grooving along with the classic were John Legend and wife Chrissy Teigen as well as pop-rockers Haim.

After finishing their performance, Jessie and Tom were barely allowed to catch their breath before presenting the award for Best Pop Solo Performance. (Hey there, Pharrell!).
