Jaycee’s/Meijer Shopping Spree For The Kids!

The cool thing about this event is that that lots of the media comes together for the kids. Be it radio, tv, print, sports, all competition is put aside and we just come together and have some fun. This is a great event for the community and it all happens because of Meijer. I've been doing this for the last few years and it is just so much fun. You never know what kind of kid you're going to get. Last year mine was silly, a girl and a talker. This year my guy was kind of shy but knew exactly what everyone wanted, favorite colors and all. Did have to dissuade him from purchasing for himself...as soon as we met;) Man, it would be hard to be a parent and say no. Guess it's why I never had the nerve to be one...
