This week, I posted that legendary Tony Bennett would be coming to DeVos Performance Hall in May. Today, we learn another music legend, or legends, are coming to town. Singer/songwriter James Taylor and his All-Star Band with special guest Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Bonnie Raitt and her band are coming to Van Andel Arena on Monday, June 25, 2018 at 7:30 PM for one intimate and memorable night!

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, January 19 at 10:00 AM. Ticket prices are $68.50 and $102.50, and tickets will be available at the Van Andel Arena and DeVos Place® box offices, online at Ticketmaster.com, and charge by phone at 1-800-745-3000. A purchase limit of four (4) tickets will apply to all tickets in the first 10 rows of the floor and eight (8) tickets for all other seating locations. Prices are subject to change.

As a recording and touring artist, James Taylor has touched people lives for more than 40 years, while setting a precedent to which countless young musicians have aspired. Inducted into both the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame, the world-renowned artist has sold more than 100 million albums since he was first signed by The Beatles to their Apple Records label, and he has earned 40 gold, platinum, or multi-platinum awards. James was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom. In 2016, he was a recipient of the Kennedy Center Honor.

More than just a best-selling artist, respected guitarist, expressive singer, and accomplished songwriter, Bonnie Raitt has become an institution in American music. The ten-time Grammy winner was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2000 and the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2015.

June 25th will be one, spectacular night to remember in Grand Rapids.
