Water Parks are fun, but in the Streets? (video)

Here's some fun for your Memorial Day holiday.

Water parks are always a fun place to be for the family, kids especially.  We're lucky, and we have several choices.

In other parts of the world...not so much.  Brazil, for example, definitely needs to open a water park.  The kids have to improvise, big time, wait for a good rain storm, and then.....well.....watch this short clip.
