This is another weekend that everyone looks forward to. It's Pulaski Days, where, for one weekend, every one is Polish.

Pulaski Days Queen, Carly Johnson and her court, will oversee all of the festivities. Everything actually kicked off yesterday. All the halls are open, Diamond, Eastern Avenue, Northeastern, K of C, Sixth Street, Fifth Street, Jackson Street, just to name a few, where the drinks are flowing and the food is plentiful. Oh, my, the deliciousness of the Golumbki, Pierogi, Kielbasa, Kapusta and Rye Bred. Yum!

The Pulaski Days Parade is this morning at 11 a.m. on Fulton from Lexington Ave. to Valley, NW.

Thanks to Treadstone, Rockford Construction and Arsulowicz Brothers, there will be free shuttle service between halls from 7 to midnight.

There will be a Polka Mass Sunday at 11 a.m. at the John Ball Park bandshell. Just bring your own lawn chair and celebrate with Fr. Pat Grile.
