The majority of people don't intend to let the economy dampen their "spirits" for Halloween. Nearly two thirds of the adults taking part in the second annual Savers Halloween Shopping Survey say they dress up for the holiday. And very few people intend to recycle an old costume. Nine out of ten adults and 93-percent of the kids taking part in the tradition plan to wear something different from last year. In addition, 53-percent will be decorating their house for the occasion, and 43-percent say they'll adorn both the inside and outside of their home. Most also plan to have fresh decorations, as 81-percent intend to use new things to give their homes that special spooky feeling. However, folks aren't intending to make Halloween a budget-busting affair. On average, a family of four will be spending a total of 300-dollars on the holiday.
