Grown Man Beats Up Brother for Farting

Breaking wind has met breaking the law in Austin, Minnesota.

Hector Alonzo Estrada, 33, has been charged with felony assault for kicking his brother in the head after he — how can we say this with a certain amount of sophistication? – FARTED.

Cops arrested Estrada in a McDonald’s, which is not exactly the place to go when you’re looking to escape keester-based bodily functions. It seems officers tracked him down by following his footsteps in the snow, which proves he needs to get his head out of his non-gassy backside.

Estrada says he didn’t hit his brother, instead saying he fell. All we know is justice is blind, but he’d better hope its sense of smell isn’t so sharp, either.
