Grand Rapids Police Employment Expo

The Grand Rapids Police Department is having an "Employment Expo" today.

GRPD is looking for officers, emergency communications operators and supervisors, college interns and senior citizen volunteers. They'll have people from several units including patrol, community policing, K9 Unit, SRT (SWAT), dispatch, detectives and more.

The expo is from 2-7pm Thursday, December 19th, at the GRPD Headquarters at 1 Monroe Center in downtown GR.
