Grand Rapids in Spotlight Again – CNN Mentions ArtPrize

Good news and national attention continue to come to Grand Rapids.

This time it's courtesy of CNN and ArtPrize.

In recent years, Grand Rapids has gotten so much national exposure it's easy to take it for granted.

Instead, let's take a minute to enjoy another bit of good news.

CNN featured a list of 50 places to go in 2014. The news network gave one idea for each state. For Michigan, it was visiting ArtPrize.

CNN.com says:

For 19 days starting on September 24, Grand Rapids' downtown will be taken over by art. ArtPrize is an open art exhibition where anyone can submit his or her art and any space within the ArtPrize district can display art.
