"Game of Thrones" continues to grow in popularity. The HBO show is regularly the highest-rated show on cable, it also beats most broadcast television shows in the ratings.

That popularity is carrying over into baby names.

Khaleesi and Arya are characters on "Game of Thrones". The Social Security Administration's list of the top baby names of 2014 shows both names growing in popularity.

Emma and Noah topped the list of most popular names for newborns in the United States in 2014. Look a little further down the list and "Game of Thrones" fans will see some familiar names.

The Social Security Administration lists the 1,000 most popular girl and boy names in the United States each year. Khaleesi made its first appearance on the list in 2014, coming in at 755. Khaleesi, also known as Daenerys Targaryen/Mother of Dragons/etc. on "Game of Thrones", is played by Emilia Clarke. The name Emilia continued its previous trend of popularity growth reaching a new high in 2014 as the 164th most popular girls name.

Arya, played by Maisie Williams on "Game of Thrones", is also growing in popularity as a baby name. Arya first made the top 1,000 in 2010, the year "Game of Thrones" began filming, coming in at 942. Arya has grown in popularity each year since reaching 216th in 2014. Maisie made the top 1,000 for the first time in 2014 entering the list at 658.

Not surprising to "Game of Thrones" fans, Joffrey has never made the top 1,000.
