Pennsylvania Tree Worker Survives Chainsaw to the Neck [Video]

This is one of the craziest x-rays we've ever seen.

While attempting to cut a tree branch at an awkward angle, this Pittsburgh area tree service worker's chainsaw kicked back and hit him in the neck. It narrowly missed a major artery and vertebrae.  

As if it wasn't bad enough that his chainsaw turned on him and nearly cut his head off, the chainsaw then lodged itself in his neck.  

After being helped to the ground, the chainsaw had to be disassembled and he had to be transported to the hospital with it still attached to his neck!

Somehow, he's going to be OK and is expected to make a full recovery.
