Jared Fogle, the former Subway spokesman, is expected to plead guilty to possession of child pornography charges, WXIN - Indianapolis reports.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office has scheduled a press conference for Wednesday afternoon to discuss a plea deal that has been reached and the charges against Fogle.

Federal agents raided Fogle's home in early July when investigators served warrants to search his home in relation to a child pornography investigation. At the time of the raid, investigators seized computers and DVDs from his home.

Early in August, it was reported that Fogle allegedly paid a 16-year-old girl $100 for sex.

Subway suspended their relationship with the spokesman shortly after the raid.
