After about 5 weeks of mostly steady or falling reports of the flu, reports spiked across Michigan last week.

Reports of the flu spiked in all four regions of the state.

"Central" Michigan, which includes West Michigan, returned to it's highest levels since mid-late January. Michigan as a whole also returned to the highest levels since mid-late January.

The central region had the second highest rate of reports of flu-like symptoms last week, behind only northern Michigan.
