Gone are those days when you choose Spanish or French as you language du jour'.  I've met a number of my younger listeners who are studying the Chinese language in school.  It's a really smart thing for parents to start thinking about since kids of this generation will truly be competing globally.  With China being one of the main players globally, learning Chinese is a really smart thing to do.
