Firefighters Working to Put Out Blaze at Days Inn, 28th St. Closed Down

Firefighters are working to put out a fire at the Days Inn and Suites located on 28th Street in Grandville.

The fire is believed to have started in the boiler room around 11:30 a.m. Sunday. Police have shut down 28th Street near the hotel to connect additional hoses to hydrants.

Initial reports indicated everyone got out of the building safely.
