Over the weekend, a driver crashed his car into the playground at the old Stocking Elementary school.

Whaaa?  Sometimes when I see crashes, I think "how do you manage that?"  Do people just not pay attention?  Do they jerk the steering wheel for some reason?  Or are they just idiots?

No idea what happened, but the driver went off the road and into the playground equipment.  Then, the driver fled the scene after jumping into another car.

Eventually, the guy turned himself in and was cited by the cops.

Leaving the scene and turning yourself in a few days later.  Seems like that makes a somewhat simple - albeit stressful - situation very complex, doesn't it?  I don't get it...
