Andrew Hudson, the ex-boyfriend of missing Wyoming woman Ana Carrillo, is now facing felony perjury charges in connection with the investigation into her disappearance.

The Kent County Prosecutors office has charged Hudson with one count of perjury in an investigative subpoena, which is a felony punishable by life in prison.

On Monday, the Wyoming Department of Public safety announced that they now suspect foul play in Carrillo's disappearance, and have started investigating the case as a possible kidnapping and/or homicide. Andrew Hudson has been named as a suspect.
