Summer concerts are fun. Summer cats are better.

Adopt Lola Palooza from Crash's Landing and enjoy her company throughout the year!

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped more than 2,500 cats. But there is still work to be done.

Every Friday on 100.5 The River is Purrrfect Friday, where we feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.

This week, we're spotlighting Lola Palooza.

A Crash's Landing volunteer (there are a lot of them) found Lola Palooza in Caledonia in April of 2013. The volunteer took Lola Palooza to her house to take care of her. Two months later Lola had kittens.

Later, it was discovered that Lola had FIC, or feline Idiopathic Cystitis, an inflammatory condition made worse by stress. Lola was treated, but ultimately had to be taken in by Crash's Landing.

Lola is still on her medication at Crash's Landing, but she is ready for a home that is prepared to give her a patient and caring environment.

Please adopt Lola.
