Emma Stone Was my Favorite Part of Oscar Last Night

As my wife Kathy and I watched the Oscars last night  we each had certain favorites.  Her's, the Red Carpet and gowns.  Mine, well, maybe the overall spectacle of it all, and that nobody seemed to be taking themselves too seriously.

But, if I have to narrow it down to one moment, it was with Emma Stone.

The 2012 Oscars was Emma Stone’s first time presenting an award and her bit was that she was super excited.  I thought she was excellent in "The Help."  But last night she was just cute and very fun.

As she said, if it was up to her, she would have done one of those sketches where she acts like she had a big number all planned out, but then lost her voice, but then gained it back and wowed the crowd with her talent… or something similar like that.

Ben Stiller, her presenting partner was as "stone-faced" as anyone could be with no excitement WHAT-SO-EVER!   As he said, he has a little more experience when it comes to presenting awards and it’s better to just cut right to the chase.

In any case, it was one of the 'fun' moments of the evening. Check it out!
