Donations to Kids’ Food Basket Matched Through Monday
Double your impact in the fight against childhood hunger in West Michigan by donating now to Kids’ Food Basket.
Donations to Kids’ Food Basket will be matched through Monday, May 23.
Kids’ Food Basket’s annual Spring Nourish Campaign began May 16 and runs through May 23. The goal of the campaign is to raise $10,000. The first $5,000 will be matched by a group of West Michigan donors.
Kids’ Food Basket is a nonprofit organization which serves sack suppers to over 7,000 kids each weekday in West Michigan. One in five Michigan kids suffers from hunger, but just $1 provides a child with a sack supper.
Kids’ Food Basket has locations in Muskegon, Holland and Grand Rapids. All three locations are running separate fundraisers.
Muskegon has already met their goal, but Grand Rapids and Holland have more work to do.
