Do you remember your first home computer? What was it? Well, that depends on how old you are. The classic Commodore VIC20 was probably the first for most, and, at that time, 1982, we all thought it was the end all.
Regular computing, which very few did at home back then, and games were the best. Check out those graphics, and, in color! William Shatner (Captain Kirk) sure loved it.

Huh, huh, huh, cool, right? It is so fun to look back and remember what we all thought was the greatest thing since sliced bread. But then, the big Commodore upgrade.

That Commodore 64 had it all. Why would you need anything else? The 64, my first computer, was the best, and it  could do anything with those big old floppy disks. Some of you are saying, "what's a floppy disk.?"

Sure wish I'd hung on to it. Be fun to play with again. But, then again, my phone is more powerful than the first space capsule, let alone the 64.

We've come a long way, baby.
