Crash’s Landing’s Ninjie Takes A Big Step Forward
We have some great news about Ninjie from Crash's Landing!
Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center. Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped over 2,500 cats, but there is still work to be done.
Every Friday is Purrrfect Friday on 100.5 The River. We feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home. This week we're spotlighting Ninjie.

We've decided to spotlight Ninjie again because there's some big news. Some great news about his health!
Ninjie has moved from Big Sid's, one of the nation's largest shelters for cats with FIV or FeLV, to Crash's Landing. That means he is virus-free!

Not only is he virus-free, but even after sharing close quarters for all of that time at Big Sid's, he didn't contract FeLV either - and this is something to shout about! See, there is a HUGE misconception that both viruses are very easy to catch, when this couldn't be further from the truth; CASE IN POINT RIGHT HERE!
This is great news, but it could get even better...if Ninjie can find a family to adopt him.
