Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped over 2,500 cats, but there is still work to be done.

Crash's Landing is doing their part.  Now it's your turn.

Eugenia needs your help.

Every Friday is Purrrfect Friday on 100.5 The River.  We feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.  This week we're spotlighting Eugenia.

On September 6, 2011, Crash's Landing received a call.  A cat, who had just given birth to a litter, had been abandoned.  The cat's owners were moving and they simply left her behind.  That cat was Eugenia.

The previous owners of Eugenia took her kittens when they moved.  Day after day, Eugenia would cry to be let back into the house, not realizing that her owners and kittens were gone.

A neighbor called Crash's Landing and Crash's Landing took in Eugenia.

Eugenia had fleas, sores, a swollen ear, and was underweight.  Crash's Landing nursed her back to health.

Can you help Eugenia?  Please consider adopting her.  Learn more about Eugenia.

In addition to adopting a cat, you can also help Crash's Landing by helping them win a prize worth $45,000!

Crash's Landing is one of five finalists to win $45,000 worth of construction or renovation from Erhardt Construction.  The winner will be decided by public vote.  Voting begins July 23 and runs through August 17.  The winner will be announced on August 23.
