June is National Adopt-A-Cat Month.  June may be winding down, but the need to adopt a cat is not.  Please consider supporting Crash's Landing by adopting a cat who needs a home.

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped over 2,500 cats, but there is still work to be done.

Caraway needs your help.

Every Friday is Purrrfect Friday on 100.5 The River.  We feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.  This week we're spotlighting Caraway.

Caraway's previous owners simply left Caraway at Crash's Landing's doorstep.  This is not the way it is supposed to happen.  Crash's Landing takes in stray cats.  They don't always have room when a cat is left unexpectedly on their doorstep...yet Crash's Landing found a way to take in Caraway.

Caraway is about 5 years old.  She was spayed and front-declawed upon arrival.  She is very healthy, both physically and psychologically.  Caraway would make a great addition to any home!

Please consider adopting Caraway.  Help Crash's Landing achieve their goal of finding safe, loving, permanent homes for all of their animals.  Learn more about Caraway.

In addition to adopting a cat, you can also help Crash's Landing by becoming a volunteer.  No matter how busy your schedule, there is a volunteer opportunity for you and volunteer shifts are completely flexible.  Most shifts are 2 to 4 hours and volunteers can work once a week, once a month, or whatever works for you.
