Dreams of warmer temperatures are entering the minds of many across West Michigan.  But winter's not done yet.

Waiting for spring is tough.

It would be a lot more fun with a new friend from Crash's Landing.

Al Jowlson needs a home.  Can you help?

Crash's Landing is a non-profit, no-kill cat rescue center.  Since opening in Grand Rapids in 2002, Crash's Landing has helped over 2,500 cats, but there is still work to be done.

Every Friday is Purrrfect Friday on 100.5 The River.  We feature a cat from Crash's Landing that needs a home.  This week we're spotlighting Al Jowlson.

Mr. Jowlson (you can call him Al) is a gentle giant.  He is 15 pounds and loves being spoiled and pampered.  And of course Crash's Landing has taken great care of him since the day he arrived.

Al Jowlson was born in fall of 2008.  He is FIV positive.  Crash's Landing has given him all the care he needed and deserved since the day they took him in.

Now it's your turn.

Can you adopt Al Jowlson?

There are other ways to help Crash's Landing and give back to the community.  Consider becoming a volunteer at Crash's Landing.
