Court Says Wear A Bra Or Get Fired. BTW…Your Fingernails Are Too Long Too!

A German court recently ruled that a woman's immediate supervisor can order their female employee's to "wear a bra"

or get fired.  (bra's must be white or flesh colored).  Kind of wonder who will be checking to make sure the ladies are following the rules. 

The court also ruled that a woman's fingernail length can also be determined by her boss. 

The guys are not "free to be" either.  The court says men can sport beards but again a superior may determine the length and trimming of the beard.  

This is kind of scary stuff.  There's a danger in trying to make everyone look the same.  Kind of sounds a little bit like Germany in the 40's.
