Free Money?

Not exactly, but non the less, a nice return on "savings."  Saving energy, that is.

Last week, Consumers Energy presented a $98,220 incentive rebate check  to Art Van Furniture as part of the utility’s energy efficiency program, a key component of Michigan’s landmark energy reform law.

Art Van received the rebates for making lighting upgrades to 10 stores across Michigan, including Grand Rapids, and made some significant energy savings.

The incentives are offered under the Clean, Renewable, and Efficient Energy Act of 2008.

There are more than 200 energy efficiency incentives and rebates available from Consumers Energy, to home and business owners, to help improve efficiency.

You're asking yourself, how can I get in on that.  Simple.  Contact Consumers Energy to learn more about energy efficiency programs and how to apply for project incentives by visiting www.consuemrsenergy.com/eeprograms.
