Congressman Photobombs C-SPAN to Wink at Mom [Video]

On Tuesday, Rep. Andy Harris (R-MD) gained extra screen time when he photobombed Rep. Buddy Carter (R-GA) while he was speaking live on C-SPAN.

Harris sat behind Carter and winked at the camera multiple times to make sure his mom saw him on TV.

Harris spokeswoman Shelby Hodgkins told The Hill, "His mother watches for him on C-SPAN and gets a kick out of seeing him on TV."

Rep. Carter was speaking in support of the Essential Transportation Worker Identification Credential Assessment Act.
